Examination of Conscience

An examination of conscience is a tool to help one prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. I highly encourage you to download the examination that best fits your state in life. On the examination is everything you will need to go to Reconciliation/Confession. The Act of Contrition is right there on the page. Feel free to bring any kind of Reconciliation guide into the confessional with you. Many Examinations of Conscience are based on the Ten Commandments, which is great. I have chosen, however, to build these around the concept of the three loves: 

Love of God ~ Love of Neighbor ~ Love of Self
